Ayesha Group of Companies is a diversified industrial and retail conglomerate headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan. The Group commenced its textile journey in 1972 with the establishment of Ayesha Spinning Mills and grew over the decades into one of Pakistan’s prominent textile enterprises, with a spinning capacity that once exceeded 110,000 spindles.
Following the demerger of Ayesha Spinning Mills, the Group today operates Sheikhupura Textile Mills, a modern spinning facility with an installed capacity of 40,000 spindles, serving as the Group’s integrated yarn manufacturing unit. Alongside its textile operations, Ayesha Group has evolved into a dynamic business group with interests spanning fashion retail, garment manufacturing, technology, and emerging growth sectors.
The Group continues to build on its strong industrial heritage while pursuing innovation and expansion across its diverse business portfolio.
Cross Stitch is among Pakistan’s leading fashion brands, with over 40 retail locations nationwide and one of the country’s strongest e-commerce platforms. Kiji is a premium basics fashion brand focused on delivering elevated essentials through timeless design, superior quality, and understated luxury.
In recent years, Ayesha Group has strategically diversified its business portfolio through investments in manufacturing, retail, and technology. The Group operates Sheikhupura Textile Mills, a modern spinning facility with a capacity of 40,000 spindles, and Agility Textile, a state-of-the-art garment manufacturing unit specializing in knitwear production. Its retail division includes Cross Stitch, one of Pakistan’s leading fashion and lifestyle brands, and Kiji, a premium basics brand focused on contemporary essentials. Sheikupura Textile Mills Ltd. was established in 1989 and is amongst the leading textile mills in Pakistan. We have the most advanced technology installed at this unit. This unit has continuously upgraded due to our balancing, modernization and replacement (BMR) policy. All of our machinery is imported from Japan and Germany.
